Our options

We want to make your trip as customisable as possible and so where ever possible we will offer the following options. There will of course be some which will not suit a particular holiday, so when we discuss your holiday, please mention any options in which you have an interest.

Just the Holiday

We can provide all the bookings and travel arrangements and then leave you to get on with it under your own steam. Please note that there will be no representative to help smooth out any problems encountered.

Just a rep.

Having a rep with you means that you will have full back up, with the help of one of our fully trained representatives. They will be able to lead the group through the tour, arrange evening meals, tell you about the history, flora and fauna, and culture of the area, and guide you to the best watering holes. They are not however trained or qualified as instructors.

Accompanied by a fully qualified Instructor or Guide

Our trips standard prices include being accompanied by an instructor or guide with the relevant qualifications. They are highly trained and ensure the ultimate level of safety. Generally there will only be one per holiday, except where numbers are high and the type of activity requires it.

No Baggage transport

If you are really on a tight budget, and are willing to put in the extra effort required to carry your own gear where ever you go, this option is ideal. Of course it does mean that what you bring with you needs to be cut down to the bare minimum.

Baggage transport

This is a normal part of our holidays. So that you can participate in your daily activities unhindered we provide transport for your luggage from hotel to hotel. Bring your bags to the designated drop off point each morning and we will take care of the rest, so that when you arrive at the hotel at the end of the day, all you need to do is pick up your room keys.

Camping

Just what it says on the tin! Obviously this option is restricted to appropriate trips - i.e. not skiing trips!

Basic accomodation

Our holiday prices are based on high quality accommodation. On request we can provide a more basic level, to reduce the cost of the trip quite considerably. This is not to say that it is poor quality - we only use hand selected accommodation to ensure your comfort. Generally rather than 3 or four star hotels we would use more mountain huts (generally dormitory style sleeping arrangements), and 2 star hotels, or if staying in one place for an extended period, a self catered apartment.

Standard accomodation

Our standard hotels are three star, hand selected and provide a superb base for trips. The only exception to this rule is when stays are planned at mountain huts.

Luxury accomodation

If you really want to unwind and only want the best, we can provide this for you. Our luxury option, means you will be staying in only the finest hotels, in excellent positions, and the very best service. Go on, pamper youself!
